Chris is an experienced marketing professional
with a consistent record of results, building emerging and
mature businesses within start-ups to Fortune 500 companies
serving in both consulting roles and executive management
positions.
Throughout her career, Chris has managed
strategic planning, brand development, forecasting, product
marketing, marketing communications, and sales development
within consumer goods, technology and healthcare industries.
Chris brings a unique set of skills to every engagement,
and operates effectively at high-level strategy, as well
as tactical execution. She is well regarded by her clients
for her responsiveness and management style.
Chris began her career in classic packaged goods, working
as Associate Brand Manager at Kraft Foods. From there, she
moved to Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream, serving in a variety
of P&L management positions from New Ventures to Category
Marketing Manager for the flagship ice cream and frozen
yogurt businesses. Chris then transitioned to the Vice President
of Product Marketing for The Learning Company, where she
led the core product marketing division during the company’s
explosive growth in tripling revenues and assumption of
#1 share over educational software. Just prior to EquiBrand,
Chris was the Vice President of Marketing and Sales for
two start-up companies, including a sports medicine company
which designs and distributes innovative therapeutic products
for professional athletes and an e-commerce provider in
the leisure category.
Chris has a BA in human biology from Stanford University
and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg
Graduate School of Management, with a concentration in marketing
and finance.
